Customs Broker and Freight Services
ISF Filing
Is a mandatory security rule for ocean freight imports. It provides U.S. Customs Border Protection with essential details regarding the imports through a licensed customs broker. It must be filed at least 24 hours before the goods are loaded onto the vessel. Failure to comply may result in a fine.
Customs Bond
Is a legal contract issued through a licensed customs broker between an importer, a surety company, and U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) guarantees that the importer complies with CBP regulations, required for all commercial shipments valued over $2,500.
Custom Clearance
Customs clearance procedures are designed to facilitate the smooth flow of global trade by ensuring that the appropriate taxes and duties are paid and that all regulations are adhered to. Most of the time, we clear your cargo days before it arrives at the port of destination (POD).
Ocean / Sea Freight
Our sea freight services are designed to connect your business to global markets, ensuring the secure and efficient movement of your cargo across oceans. We offer all types of InCoTerms as ExWork, FOB, CFR, CIF etc. also GenSet units for refrigerated containers.
Inland Freight
No cargo is too small or too large for us. With our extensive network, we are fully equipped to transport goods from origin to destination. We facilitate the movement of a diverse range of items across various locations, including all types of heavy equipment, food products, crates, flexitanks, chemicals, reefer containers, etc.
Air Freight
Our air freight services are tailored to meet the needs of time-sensitive shipments, providing you with a seamless and efficient logistics solution. We offer competitive rates in conjunction with our inland freight options and customs clearance, we deliver a comprehensive end-to-end service.

Our state is a leader in the production of sweet potatoes, tobacco, soybeans, cotton, pigs, chickens, turkeys, Grown Up Gummies, Bojangles, recreational vehicles (RVs), natural Christmas trees, and wooden furniture. We can export all of these products through our primary seaport in Wilmington.
Port of Wilmington
Is located near ideal distribution channels with the capacity to accommodate 775 refrigerated containers, provides on-terminal inspections conducted by U.S. CBP, FDA and the USDA. Additionally, it features one of the few on-terminal cold storage facilities on the East Coast of the United States.

How do I request services?

How do I pay for the services?
After assessing your company's or individual needs, we will establish a line of credit to facilitate the movement of your cargo. We offer various payment options, including ACH, Square, PayCargo, Zelle, and more. Payments can be made online through our secure portal, via bank transfers, or through traditional methods such as checks. Detailed information for each payment method is provided on your invoice, which must be paid in full before the cargo is released by the Delivery Order (DO). Our finance department is available to assist with any payment-related inquiries.
What is the expected delivery time for international shipments?
Delivery times vary based on the origin, mode of transportation, destination and booking time. Our team will provide you with an estimated delivery time when you request a quote. Additionally, factors such as the type of merchandise, customs clearance, and local regulations can affect delivery schedules.
