ENZO'S International LLC can assist you with EEI filing, SLI preparation, and AES registration. We will provide the Shipper's Letter of Instruction (SLI) form for you to complete; this form acts as a one-time power of attorney for the shipment. It provides us with all the necessary information about your cargo and authorizes us to process and file the EEI on your behalf. After the successful submission of the EEI, AES will process the information and obtain an ITN, which serves as proof that your EEI has been filed.

Our "Platform" is user-friendly and offers clear, step-by-step instructions to guide you through the EII and customs processes. Additionally, you can send all documents via "eMail".

The Electronic Export Information (EEI) is a required document when exporting commodities valued over $2,500 (excluding Canada) or when an export filing is mandated for the commodity 8-24 hours prior to departure. The exporter is responsible for preparing the Shipper's Letter of Instruction (SLI form provided by us), and we as your Customs Broker submits it to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) through the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE).
If you don’t file the above information, or file false information, that can lead to hefty fines, up to $10,000 and/or jail time.
