ISF FILING Importer Security Filing (ISF 10+2) IS A MANDATORY LAYER OF SECURITY OF OCEAN FREIGHT IMPORTS. It informs US Customs: importer, goods and shipper details. It needs to be filed at least 36 hrs. before loading of vessel. CBP Single or Continuous Bond.
